This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - "EU GDPR"), the UK GDPR, and the Polish Act on the Protection of Personal Data of May 10, 2018.

For Job Candidates
- Full name and contact details (email address, optional phone number).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV / Resume) in PDF format.
- Portfolio links, GitHub profiles, and LinkedIn URLs.
- Professional background (tech stack skills, seniority, expected salary).
- "Ready to Interview" visibility status and job application history.
For Employers & Recruiters
- Company registration details, verified business name, and registered address.
- Recruiter full name, corporate email address, and role.
- Job vacancy postings and billing transaction identifiers (processed via Stripe).
- Candidate interview communications, pipeline status, and internal ATS notes.
3. Legal Bases for Processing (Article 6 GDPR)
We process personal data only when an explicit legal basis exists under Article 6 of the EU GDPR:
- Performance of a Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To manage your account, deliver job applications to employers, maintain your saved roles, and provide the recruitment platform services requested.
- Explicit Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): When you voluntarily submit your CV to a specific job opening, opt in to future recruitments, enable the "Ready to Interview" candidate showcase, or consent to analytical cookies.
- Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): To prevent fraud, protect platform cybersecurity, enforce Terms of Service, defend against legal claims, and optimize our programmatic European search index.
- Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): For financial accounting, statutory tax records, and compliance with European e-commerce and employment platform regulations.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

6. Voluntary Nature of Providing Data (Article 13(2)(e) GDPR)
Providing your personal data is entirely voluntary. However, providing essential details (such as email, name, and resume for candidates, or corporate verification info for employers) is a contractual requirement necessary to create an account, publish job postings, or submit job applications. Without these details, our services cannot be rendered.
7. Automated Decision-Making & Profiling (Article 13(2)(f) GDPR)
JumpInto.eu does not make any automated decisions producing legal effects or similarly significantly affecting candidates or employers in the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Candidate screening, interview invitations, and hiring evaluations are conducted exclusively by human recruiting personnel.
8. Trusted Sub-processors & International Data Transfers
We partner exclusively with enterprise-grade infrastructure providers adhering to stringent European data protection and EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) standards, backed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable:
9. Technical Security & Encryption
All candidate CVs and personal communications are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. CV attachments are stored in private storage buckets accessible only via temporary, cryptographically signed URLs (*Signed URLs*) generated on demand for authorized recruiters. Binary file inspection blocks spoofed documents and prevents stored exploits.
10. Corporate Succession & Transfer of Administration
In the event of a restructuring, transformation, or transfer of the platform operations to an affiliated corporate entity (specifically a newly incorporated Polish limited liability company, e.g., JumpInto Sp. z o.o.), the administration of personal data will be transferred to such successor entity pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in corporate continuity) and Article 14 GDPR. Registered users will be informed of any such transition at least 14 days in advance via electronic communication.
